REFUND POLICY

Refund and cancellation Policy

All sales made to Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC ("Sacred Company," "we," "us," or "our") are final. By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any Sacred Company program, course, membership, retreat, intensive, event, community, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All payments, deposits, and tuition are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable without exception. Sacred Company does not offer refunds, cancellations, or deferments for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, health issues, religious objections, or force majeure events.

Enrollment in any Sacred Company offering — including but not limited to individual one-time payment programs, short-term programs (three, six, nine, twelve months), 12-Month Programs, retreats, intensives, workshops, courses, or specially designed offerings — constitutes a full, binding financial commitment to the total tuition agreed upon at purchase, regardless of program type, payment method, or payment plan structure. Participants who elect to utilize a payment plan acknowledge that payment plans are provided solely as a courtesy to assist with budgeting and do not alter or reduce the participant’s full financial obligation. Payment plans are not subscription services and may not be paused, canceled, prorated, or refunded for any reason. If a participant voluntarily withdraws from any Sacred Company offering, fails to attend, or ceases participation for any reason, the full tuition remains due and payable, and no refunds, credits, substitutions, transfers, or partial refunds will be granted.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or cancellations will be treated as a material breach of contract. Sacred Company reserves the right to pursue full recovery of all outstanding amounts, damages, attorney’s fees, interest, and associated collection costs. By submitting payment, you irrevocably agree to all Sacred Company Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
