We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By accessing the Site, purchasing products or services, or participating in any programs offered by Sacred Company, LLC or Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Sacred Company programs are intended for adults and are not designed or directed to individuals under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen years old, you are not authorized to access, purchase, or participate in any offerings, and you must immediately discontinue use of this Site and all affiliated services.

All materials and content available through Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC—including but not limited to digital courses, guides, videos, documents, templates, written materials, and coaching content—are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial educational use only. No materials may be copied, distributed, reproduced, published, uploaded, transmitted, sold, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.

We promote conscious, safe, sex-positive spaces intended for personal growth and spiritual embodiment. Participants must honor confidentiality, integrity, respect, and emotional responsibility within our spaces. Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund or recourse.

Access to Sacred Company’s private Skool community and locked program resources is provided as a complimentary feature tied to paid enrollment and contingent upon active payment standing and compliance with program standards. Access may be revoked for default of payment, breach of agreements, or program conclusion.

Enrollment constitutes a binding financial commitment to the full program cost. Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled for convenience. All participants entering payment plans agree to complete the full financial obligation. Unauthorized chargebacks or non-payment will be treated as breach of contract and pursued through collections or legal action, including recovery of additional damages and costs. All sales are final after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to. [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours. Approved refunds are subject to a thirty-five percent (35%) non-refundable administrative fee. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted beyond this window under any circumstances. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use. Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC are not responsible for delay, modification, or cancellation of services due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, services may be postponed or rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Sacred Company, LLC regarding use of the Site, programs, and services, superseding any prior versions. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Contra Costa County, California.
