By accessing our websites, programs, services, communities, or offerings, you acknowledge and agree that Sacred Company's offerings involve experiential spiritual education, somatic integration, sacred sexuality frameworks, emotional and relational depth work, and personal development practices. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer. You must be at least eighteen years of age to participate.

Sacred Company’s work is grounded in personal responsibility and voluntary participation. No physical, emotional, relational, sexual, or spiritual practice is required. All participation is self-directed, and you agree that you are responsible for maintaining your own physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological boundaries and wellbeing.

All materials, practices, language, and teachings, including Sacred Theater®, are the protected intellectual property of Sacred Company and may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

We use language and concepts including "Sacred," "Yoga," "Spirituality," "Masculine/Feminine Energetics," "Divine," and related metaphysical terms that are rooted in symbolic, energetic, and archetypal teachings as part of Sacred Theater® and our embodiment training. These terms are presented within the context of somatic learning, relational awareness, and transformational practice. They are not intended to reflect or impose religious doctrine. We respect all faith backgrounds, and participation in Sacred Company’s work is entirely voluntary and non-dogmatic. Clients who choose to engage agree to do so with full understanding of the spiritual and mythopoetic language used to support their growth and discovery.

All group interactions, participant stories, confidential shares, and teachings within Sacred Company programs are subject to strict mutual confidentiality. Participants agree not to share any such content without prior written authorization from Sacred Company.

Participants may not record, screenshot, screen record, save, download, copy, or share any part of Sacred Company’s materials, teachings, group calls, or community posts without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording or reposting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from programs and legal action.

Full tuition remains due and non-refundable regardless of participant attendance, engagement, completion, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction for any reason. Clients are responsible for ensuring all payment methods remain valid. Failed payments, expired credit cards, or declined transactions do not eliminate contractual payment obligations.

Sacred Company reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for any breach of the Terms of Service, including but not limited to breaches of payment obligations, confidentiality, conduct expectations, or participation requirements.

Sacred Company does not offer therapy, psychiatric services, legal counsel, or medical care. By participating, you acknowledge that Sacred Company’s offerings are educational in nature and are not substitutes for therapy, diagnosis, or professional treatment.

By enrolling, participants waive any right to a cooling-off period, cancellation window, or refund under consumer protection regulations.

Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California. You waive the right to public trial, jury trial, or class action claims.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

All policies, terms, and agreements herein are the exclusive property of Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC.
